Hi I’m Jackie

I built a strong foundation in performance before becoming a sports dietitian and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I spent years singing, dancing, playing instruments, and competing in sports, thriving in high-pressure environments where stamina, endurance, and focus were everything. I performed at Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center, pushing my body to its limits while surviving on whatever snacks I could grab between rehearsals and workouts.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I help athletes, performers, and active individuals eat smarter, recover faster, and perform stronger without restrictive diets or food guilt.

That’s when I fell in love with holistic nutrition. I realized that food is fuel, and knowing how to eat for performance, recovery, and energy is just as essential as training. But here’s the kicker—so many athletes and performers struggle with nutrition, bouncing between fad diets, energy crashes, and food guilt. I knew there had to be a better way.

So, I made it my mission to help people feel smarter, stronger, and perform better without stress, confusion, or restrictions.

From Fueling Myself to Fueling Athletes

I took my passion for performance nutrition and turned it into a career. My journey started at the University of Delaware, where I spent three years supporting student-athletes. Then, I stepped up as the first-ever Head Sports Dietitian at Temple University, where I now oversee nutrition for 18 Division 1 teams, including:
